The Attorney fee for an R-1 case ranges from $2,600 to $3,400.  The R-1 filing fee for the USCIS is $705.  Todd does not charge any additional fee for the R-2 for the spouse and children (although there are additional USCIS filing fees for the R-2).

The Attorney fee for the i-360 immigrant petition also ranges from $2,600 to $3,400, with a USCIS filing fee of $455.  Once the i-360 petition is approved, there are significant additional USCIS filing fees for the adjustment of status phase (needed to complete the greencard) of approximately $1,120 per person, plus fees for EAD temporary work permits and A.P. travel documents (Todd will give a written estimate for the adjustment of status project, and will not charge for the spouse and children’s adjustment of status cases– although the USCIS will).
