Mr. Wagenmaker has obtained religious worker nonimmigrant and immigrant work visas for our faculty and alumni on numerous occasions. We are thankful for his services. If you are looking for an immigration attorney to assist your Christian institution, I would highly commend Mr. Wagenmaker. — James Moore, Associate Dean of Trinity Evangelical Divinity School
Todd Wagenmaker, Immigration Lawyer, has practiced immigration law exclusively since 1998. He has served as a pastor, and has devoted his law practice to helping other pastors with their religious worker cases.
Todd not only has a J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law, he also has an M.Div. from Westminster Seminary in California. Since 1998, he has helped hundreds of ministers from Presbyterian, Reformed, Methodist, Baptist, Evangelical Free, Vineyard, Assemblies of God, and many other denominations obtain R-1 work visas and greencards through the religious worker category.
Todd limits his practice to immigration law. He is a member of the Michigan bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He received my law degree from an excellent law school, the University of Illinois-Urbana/Champaign, and he also has a masters degree from Westminster Seminary in California.
