I-360 Immigrant petition

The I-360 Immigrant petition is the first and necessary step of obtaining a greencard under the religious worker classification. Once approved, the client can proceed to the adjustment of status step (preferred) or the consular visa processing overseas. Todd will assist you prepare a good I 360 case, which will include the items below.

A good I-360 case will include:

A 501(c)(3) tax exempt letter from the IRS (either for the ministry, or the denomination, if there is a group exemption);

W

The title and job duties of the prospective pastor/religious worker;

W

Documentation of the two year denominational affiliation requirement;

W

Compensation issues (very important for i-360 cases);

W

Responding to the not-unexpected request for additional evidence ("RFE");

W

Preparing for the USCIS site visit;

W

Planning timing and travel issues for the adjustment of status process (the adjustment of status process costs considerably more in USCIS filing fees, and there are additional attorney fees, but Todd does not charge for the spouse and children's adjustment of status).
