How I Can Help
According to the November 26, 2008 Federal Register, the USCIS approved only 2,800 of 5,200 i-360 petitions in 2006 and 1,100 of 4,400 in 2007. Even more dismal was the R-1 record: the USCIS approved only 882 of 4,370 cases in 2007. An immigration attorney helps you plan the right strategy to achieve your objectives. In this difficult environment where the USCIS has been denying the vast majority of religious worker cases, you should consider hiring an experienced, up-to-date immigration attorney who can help you avoid costly pitfalls and maximize your chances of winning. Here is what I have done in the last eight years:
- Religious Workers. My practice is devoted to helping pastors and missionaries obtain visas and permanent residency in the U.S. I have won literally hundreds of i-360 and R-1 cases in my eleven years of immigration practice. Although I cannot guarantee that I will win your case, you would have a very experienced immigration attorney working on your religious worker case.
- Work Visas. I have handled nearly twenty H-1B and L cases, and won the vast majority of them.

- Regardless of your needs, I will give you a written estimate before I begin the work. I charge a flat fee, and do not require a retainer.
