About Todd Wagenmaker

Todd Wagenmaker has practiced immigration law exclusively since 1998.  He has helped hundreds of foreign nationals obtain lawful permanent resident status (i.e. “greencards”).

He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1996.  He is a member of the Michigan Bar, and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.  He also has a masters degree (M.Div.) from Westminster Seminary in California.  He has been an ordained minister in the Christian Reformed Church, and is currently ordained in the Orthodox Presbyterian Church.  He served on the OPC General Assembly Advisory Committee, giving pastoral advice to churches on receiving out of status/illegal aliens into church membership.

Representative Clients:  Foreign born faculty at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, numerous Christian Reformed Churches, Baptist churches, churches in the Presbyterian Church in America, United Methodist Churches, the Vineyard, Assemblies of God, and churches and ministries from many, many other denominations.
