Todd Wagenmaker, Immigration Lawyer, has practiced immigration law exclusively since 1998. 90% of his casework has been devoted to helping religious workers (e.g. ministers, missionaries, youth pastors) obtain work visas and greencards.
Todd is not only an immigration attorney, but he also has a background in the ministry. He earned his M.Div. from Westminster Seminary in California, and worked for several years as a minister in the Christian Reformed Church. He has helped ministers from Presbyterian, Reformed, Methodist, Baptist, Evangelical Free, Vineyard, Assemblies of God, and many other denominations obtain R-1 work visas and greencards through the religious worker category.
